Bridge Foundation organized a humanitarian airlift of nutritional supplies four weeks after coalition forces captured Baghdad. A delegation of NYPD and FDNY officials visited two orphanages, as well as hospitals and schools in Baghdad. While in Iraq, the Ground Zero Heroes were hosted by the 1st Armored Division.
Bridge Foundation also worked with the Iraqi Humanitarian Assistance Center, created and operated by the US Army, in providing computer equipment to support an "internet cafĂ©" for use by international and local NGO's.
Since 2010, Bridge Foundation has been supporting primary and secondary healthcare programs throughout the country including Kurdistan.
