Prior to co-founding Bridge Foundation in 2002, Mr. Skakel spent more than 10 years with Americares, a leading US-based NGO, first as an Account Executive and later becoming Executive Vice President of Operations.

At Americares, Stephen helped provide indigenous healthcare providers in almost 90 countries with essential drugs. He helped create and expand US pharmaceutical initiatives to assist indigent populations with free medication at more than $170M per year. He also helped increased in-kind donations from $90M to $460M per year.

Managing Director and Chief Communications Officer

Gary Galanis, an accomplished communications and corporate executive, joined Bridge Foundation in December, 2012 as a Managing Director and Chief Communications Officer.

With more than 25 years experience as a spokesman for non-profits, political leaders, lobbying organizations and corporations, Mr. Galanis has been an independent communications consultant since 2009. He served for 10 years as the spokesman for Diageo, the world's leading spirits, beer and wine company (NYSE:DEO), where he developed and led earned media campaigns that drove the company's growth agenda and helped build its reputation as a global corporate citizen.

Andrew "Drew" Hannah had been involved in charitable work his entire life and served as a non-profit executive for more than 20 years, where he had been instrumental in leading relief efforts in the most complex of humanitarian emergencies

Drew led several corporate and privately sponsored missions to such disaster hot spots as Darfur Sudan, Eastern Chad, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iraq, Congo, Gabon, Albania, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Grenada and the US Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina.
